To achieve the best results, wear SleepBrace™ every night while sleeping. For faster progress, it is also recommended to wear it for 1 to 4 hours during the day while studying, reading, watching TV, using a computer, or working.
The treatment progresses in three stages:
- D1 (Stage 1) – Soft material, wear every night for 1 to 3 months.
- D2 (Stage 2) – Moderate firmness, wear every night for 6 to 8 months.
- D3 (Stage 3) – Harder material, wear every night for 5 to 8 months.
Ultimately, a qualified professional should instruct you on wear time and periods for each stage.
For maximum convenience and best results, we recommend getting all three stages at once to ensure a smooth transition throughout your alignment journey.

Their licensed dentists review your assessment form to determine if SleepBrace™ is suitable for you and provide optional virtual consultations if needed, ensuring you receive expert guidance while maintaining regulatory compliance.
With Pay-As-You-Go, you only pay for each TeleDentists consultation as needed, rather than committing to an expensive full-treatment plan upfront. Unlike competitors who require large upfront payments or financing for the entire process, this model gives you full control over your spending, ensuring expert oversight without unnecessary costs.
The SleepBrace™ TeleCare Plan™, powered by TheTeleDentists, is a required approval process to confirm your eligibility when purchasing. After completing the Checkout Process, you must fill out a mandatory Assessment Form, providing personal details, oral and medical health history, and required photos. A licensed dentist from TheTeleDentists will review your form within 48 hours:
- If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be processed and shipped out!
- If not approved, you will be notified about refund options and may choose to consult a TeleDentist for further evaluation.
Since this assessment service is performed by a licensed health professional, it is non-refundable, just like an in-person dental visit.
Oversight and Checkups
After starting with SleepBrace™, users may be advised to schedule routine checkups with a TeleDentist, depending on their individual progress and needs. The frequency of these checkups varies—some users may require follow-ups every few weeks, while others may need fewer or none at all.
These virtual checkups allow a licensed dentist to monitor your progress, address any concerns, and provide guidance on proper usage to ensure the best results. Since every case is different, checkup recommendations will be tailored to your situation, giving you flexible, expert oversight without unnecessary costs or in-office visits.

However, it is important that you have healthy teeth, enamel, and gums before and during use. Customers may be advised to schedule routine checkups with a TeleDentist, as the frequency of follow-ups varies based on individual progress. No, the TeleCare Plan™ and the assessment fee are not covered by insurance. Any payments for TeleDentists’ services (assessment form, consultations, checkups, etc) covers professional time and service and those are non-refundable.
